(Support • Education • Empathy • Coaching)**
We call our group coaching spaces SEEC session, an acronym for support, education, empathy and coaching, they are created for every mind and every body ... and they’re proudly neuro-aligned. We recognise that your brain wiring plays a huge role in how you eat, plan, cope, and build habits, no matter your neurotype.
SEEC sessions are also grounded in our unique EAT30plus approach, which we developed ourselves to support healthy, sustainable weight health & management and long-term change.
This framework sits at the heart of everything we do, offering a positive, flexible foundation that you can explore more deeply on its dedicated page.
Sessions are designed to help you:
✔ feel supported rather than judged
✔ understand your own patterns and needs
✔ learn simple, sustainable strategies
✔ build confidence without guilt or pressure
Each week we explore one topic across all sessions, so you can choose the time and place that suits you and still stay fully in the loop.
What to Expect in a SEEC Session:
Support – A warm, welcoming space where you feel seen and understood.
Education – Clear, practical guidance to help you build habits that last.
Empathy – No guilt, no shame ... just real talk about real challenges.
Coaching – Tools, insights, and mindset shifts that work with your brain, not against it.
Scales are available in our in-person sessions for those who want them, but there’s absolutely no pressure for weighing-in. You define what progress looks like for you.
