EAT30plus - A Neuro-Aligned Framework for Sustainable Weight Health & Management

EAT30plus is not a diet, a rigid programme, or a set of rules you have to follow perfectly. 


It is a simple, science-backed, neuro-aligned framework that supports long-term, sustainable weight management, whether your goal is weight loss, weight maintenance, or simply feeling more balanced in your body. 


Many of our members come with weight-focused goals, and we fully respect and support that. What we don’t do is chase quick fixes or encourage obsessive number-counting. Instead, we focus on providing effective nutrition coaching that helps you understand nutrition, nourish your body well, and make informed choices that support lasting change. 


At its heart, EAT30plus is built around a small number of powerful, realistic habits that support: energy levels, gut health, hormone balance, emotional wellbeing, and a calmer, more trusting relationship with food. 


But here’s the important part: 


You are not expected to change everything at once. You choose where to begin. You shape the approach to fit you, not the other way around. No two members follow EAT30plus in the same way, and that’s exactly how it’s designed to be.

We build towards a wider range of plants each week, not by cutting foods out, but by adding more in. This variety supports gut health, energy, cravings, and overall wellbeing. 


🧠 Reduce ultra-processed foods with awareness, not pressure. No bans. No guilt. 

Just learning to recognise UPFs, understand their impact, and gradually reduce them in a way that feels realistic and kind. 


📱 Make informed choices using the Yuka app 

A simple tool that encourages awareness and understanding of food quality, supporting informed decisions rather than perfection. 


🍳 Build meals that truly nourish and satisfy you 

We focus on protein, fibre, and healthy fats so your body feels fuelled, balanced, and supported, helping improve energy, mood, cravings, and hormone balance.

Movement is about strength, mobility, energy, and brain health, never punishment. We encourage movement that feels enjoyable and sustainable.
