Beth is available to book for motivational talks that blend raw lived experience, professional coaching wisdom, and deep compassion for every kind of brain. Her sessions are honest, uplifting, and grounded in the belief that when we understand ourselves ... truly understand ourselves ... we can transform our lives in ways we never thought possible.
Beth’s story is one of strength, survival, stubborn hope, a touch of rebellion and always delivered with a splash of humour.
For decades, she lived in the grip of diet culture, maintaining a seven-stone weight loss, but quietly battling bulimia, binge eating disorder, and the exhausting cycle of disordered eating that diet culture fuels. She spent years believing that the problem was her willpower, her discipline, her “not trying hard enough.” ... it wasn’t.
Beth’s late diagnoses of ADHD and Autism finally offered the missing piece she’d been searching for her whole life. Suddenly everything made sense, the struggles with food, the shame, the burnout, the internal battles that were never about weakness, but about a neurodivergent brain trying to survive in a world built for someone else. That realisation lit a fire in her.
It’s the reason Daisy Bloom Weight & Wellness exists today.
And while the business was growing, Beth was fighting storms many people never see:
These experiences didn’t break her ... they sharpened her mission.
Beth now speaks with a powerful message:
Your brain is not the problem.
The world you’re trying to survive in simply wasn’t built for it.
But with understanding, compassion, and the right strategies, you can thrive.
In her talks, Beth brings:
✨ Lived experience - the real, unfiltered truth behind her journey
✨ Confidence & self-esteem building strategies
✨ Practical tools drawn from 25+ years of behaviour change and weight health & management coaching
✨ A neuro-affirming approach that empowers people to understand their wiring, not fight it
✨ Warmth, humour, honesty, and the ability to make every audience member feel seen
Beth speaks to workplaces, community groups, schools, health teams, and events that want to understand neurodiversity, emotional wellbeing, weight health, resilience, and the power of self-acceptance.
