At Daisy Bloom Weight & Wellness, our 1:1 weight and wellness coaching is about so much more than weight loss.


It’s about building a calmer, kinder relationship with food, your body, and yourself, while gently moving towards better health, energy, and confidence in a way that actually lasts.


No dieting, no rigid rules, no being “good” or “bad”, just supportive, evidence-based coaching that fits your real life.

How 1:1 Coaching Works


  • One-hour sessions
  • Online via Zoom (or Teams if prefered)
  • No block bookings (unless you prefer to commit)
  • No contracts
  • No pressure to commit beyond what feels right


Each session is shaped around what you need right now, whether that’s practical nutrition support, mindset work, problem-solving, or simply space to talk things through.


Simple, Straightforward Pricing


1:1 sessions range from £45–£60 per hour, depending on the coach and service.

We’ll always be transparent about pricing before you book.
