Honest conversations that change the way women see themselves.
Beth Huntingdon is an inspirational speaker, coach and founder of Daisy Bloom Women & Wellness. Combining almost 30 years of behaviour change expertise with powerful lived experience, she delivers thought-provoking talks that challenge assumptions, inspire action and leave audiences feeling seen, understood and empowered.
Her message is simple:
You don't need fixing. You need understanding.
Beth speaks openly about ADHD, autism, menopause, thyroid cancer, weight health, diet culture, burnout, resilience and the social pressures women face every day. With warmth, humour and honesty, she helps audiences reconnect with themselves and discover that lasting change starts with self-understanding, not self-criticism.
Beth's own journey has shaped everything she teaches. From decades spent trapped in diet culture, to a late diagnosis of ADHD and autism, thyroid cancer, rebuilding life after the end of a long-term relationship, navigating perimenopause, and the complex loss of her mum, every experience has deepened her belief that women deserve understanding, compassion and the chance to be truly heard ... not simply told to "try harder."
Today, her mission is to challenge outdated narratives around women's health and help people understand themselves with more compassion, confidence and curiosity.
Whether she's speaking to workplaces, conferences, community groups or healthcare professionals, Beth creates the kind of conversations that stay with people long after the event has ended.
If you're looking for a speaker who combines evidence, authenticity and a healthy dose of humour, we'd love to hear from you.

I really appreciated Beth from Daisy Bloom Coaching taking the time to speak with me and help to shape the session to suit what we needed. The session was interesting and truly informative, delivered with humour as well. Everyone found it engaging, and I've received so much positive feedback since the session on neurodiversity coaching. There was a lot for everyone to think about, particularly in relation to weight loss coaching, and I know it's really resonated with people, which is exactly what we were hoping for. I really hope we can work with you again in the future!

Beth was open, honest, and very approachable, which is a key trait in her role at Daisy Bloom Coaching. She listened well to the other panellist and consistently provided valuable insights, enhancing the discussion around neurodiversity coaching and weight loss coaching each time.
